Is there anything more contemptible than publicly maligning someone by falsely accusing them of exploiting genocide to further their political ambitions? ABSOLUTELY! That would be, actually doing it while simultaneously making the accusation.
This biased group of large Democratic Donors and registered Democrats recently accused Joe Wurzelbacher, or Joe the Plumber, of politicizing historical genocides in his pro-firearm campaign ad. Ironically, it is the incensed signatories of this letter who are guilty of said exploitation. The hypocrisy is reprehensible.
By issuing this letter the signatories are not only desecrating the memory of those they claim to honor, but they are taking advantage of the public goodwill and trust afforded to them. This insidious attempt to assail Mr.Wurzelbachers character and alienate him from the voters in his district is detestable.
Mr. Wurzelbacher deserves an apology from each person who signed their name to this letter.
June 21, 2012
Dear Mr. Wurzelbacher,
After viewing the new political ad released by your campaign this week, we felt an immediate need to respond to its misguided claims, and explain how your comments are highly offensive, historically inaccurate, and harmful to the Jewish community.
As members of Ohio’s Jewish community, we are insulted by your claim that the Holocaust can be directly linked to gun control. By blaming gun control for the deaths of millions of innocent people you belie and trivialize the heinous crimes and horrific event brought on by a brutally repressive government.
As a point of reference, the Jewish people were institutionally discriminated against for over 1,900 years throughout Europe before the dreadful events of World War II. This discrimination ultimately created a culture of hatred towards our people that led to the tragic events that haunt the world to this day. Despite your claims, these events were not due to any particular political policy, but rather caused by a deadly combination of hatred and fanaticism.
These unparalleled and incomprehensible events live on in the memories of the survivors and their families in the United States, Israel, and across the world. When such a horrific event is politicized and tossed callously into political discourse, its meaning is diminished and trivialized and its lessons are lost or greatly diminished.
We hope in the future that you and others will not attempt to exploit the painful memories of the Holocaust to advance your political ambitions.
Sincerely,

YOWZA! Clearly, these individuals are NOT motivated by political biased and have NO political agenda what so ever. Perhaps, to give this letter a shred of credibility and offset the obvious ideological bias, Arielle Cronig, Robin Levine, Roz Waxman, Andrew Doris, and Megan Leizerman should hustle on down to their local Board of Elections and register as Republicans.
Just a thought.
